The 5th grade science students will be attending a science field trip on September 26th (EC Team) and September 27th (CM Team) to the Nashua River in Groton to sample the pond water on shore and to make observations of a river ecosystem from a canoe. It’s a wonderful opportunity for them to get outside, learn new skills, and to make connections between the classroom and real life. Please sign and return all 3 field trip forms with payment to your science teachers. We don’t want cost to prohibit any students from attending. Financial assistance requests can be sent to Mr. Pereyra, the Dean of Students at firstname.lastname@example.org To chaperone this trip, please make sure you submit a CORI form ASAP, and to fill out the chaperone info or email your child’s teacher.
