MS Progress Reports published to x2 Portal

Dear Middle School Families,

The first progress report of Semester 1 has been published to our Follett Aspen family portal.

Listed below are the steps for accessing the document:
Step 1: Log into X2 Follett Aspen from the link at
Step 2: At the top of the front page you will see a section titled “published reports.” Here you will be able to open and view your child’s progress report document. You may also download it and print it.

Please reach out to the main office if you have difficulty accessing this document or need another copy of your x2 password.

A few reminders as you view the progress report document:
The progress report is like a snapshot in time. It alerts you to your child’s progress as we move through the semester. Grades are not final until the close of the semester in January when semester assessments (report cards) are issued.
For the first progress report, teachers will report grades in any strand with enough data. There may not be a grade listed for each strand. You may not see grades in specials classes (Challenge, Health, Art, or Music) until the next progress report, given that students only have class two days per week.
If your child currently is in danger of not passing the course, in addition to the grade, you will see a comment that offers some constructive feedback about what your child can do to improve their performance.
For families that would like to review our grading system, please click here to access the Parent Guide to the MS Grading System.

Please assist us in helping your student meet their highest academic potential by reviewing the document closely with them to learn from the feedback, identifying any trends and helping your child develop goals for the remainder of the semester.
