The Massachusetts Department of Health has recently updated COVID-19 guidelines for the general public which includes schools.  Effective immediately IACS’s guidelines for returning to work (employees) or school (students) have been changed accordingly and are summarized below:

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you may begin to resume normal activities (return to school/work ) with precautions when :

1. You have not had a fever for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicines;

AND

2. Your other symptoms are improving
