Andrew Girouard is a Special Education teacher committed to supporting students in reaching their academic, social, and personal goals in any setting. A proud alumnus of Innovation Academy Charter School, Andrew graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023 with a bachelor degree in Sociology. Beginning his teaching career this year, Andrew brings valuable experience working at Melmark New England, a specialized school serving students with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs. During his time at Melmark, Andrew worked closely with students who demonstrated a wide range of behavioral and learning needs, gaining hands-on experience in developing supportive strategies, building positive relationships, and helping students navigate challenges in a structured educational environment. Andrew is excited to give back to the school community that helped shape his own educational journey.
