Debi Rogers, LICSW is a clinical social worker with a variety of experience of working with adolescents and families. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tufts University and earned her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College. Debi is licensed through the Board of Registration of Social Workers as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. In addition, she holds an Educator’s License through the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education as a School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor for all grade levels. Debi has work experience with intensive foster care, family support services, the juvenile justice system, community-based mental health treatment, and residential treatment, including short-term assessments and Community-Based Acute Treatment (CBAT) placements. She has collaborated with a variety of systems and agencies including, the Department of Children & Families, Department of Mental Health, Department of Youth Services, and educational advocates/consultants. Debi enjoys utilizing integrative and evidence-based approaches including holistic, strengths-based, solution-focused, and adventured-based interventions that aim to empower students and families, foster resiliency, and strengthen coping and problem-solving skills. In her free time, Debi likes to play basketball, listen to music, and spend time outdoors.
