Joseph Pisco has been a middle school English Language Arts teacher since 2014. He became an English teacher because he believes strongly in the power of student voices and helping students set and achieve personal goals to have a rich and fulfilling life. He loves hearing these voices sing in students’ discussions of literature and in their writing. He finds inspiration to write by modeling the process for his students. Outside of school, Joseph is passionate about video games and music, playing the electric bass and guitar.
