Joe grew up in Syracuse, NY.  The son of history teachers who then became school administrators, working with young people is something he grew up with and was always interested in.  After graduating from Siena College he went to work for his family’s company and then on to Boston to work in the Financial District. After years working at a large financial institution he moved back to Syracuse and worked in summer school programs and summer camps for students of all ages.  He also worked in a classroom setting in a student service capacity at the middle school level.  He made his way back to Massachusetts to work in the field of law as a client relations manager for a few different law firms.  He missed working with young people and began coaching and then working full time at IACS.  When he’s not working or coaching you can find him talking about the marathons he’s run or trying to perfect his golf swing, which needs a lot of work.
