Lyndsay Eaton joins Innovation Academy as Business Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of industries supporting employees, managing organizational processes, and helping businesses build strong, effective teams and workplace cultures. Lyndsay is passionate about creating systems that allow organizations to run smoothly while ensuring that people feel supported and valued. She is excited to bring her experience and people-focused approach to IACS and contribute to the school community. Outside of school, Lyndsay enjoys cooking, camping, spending time with her husband and three sons, and cheering them on at their many sporting events, and reading.
