Paulette currently assists the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Compliance in the growing research enterprise at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Her areas of focus include faculty professional development initiatives and managing the administrative operations for the unit.
Over the past 30 years, she has held various professional roles in higher education, including advancement, residential life, student affairs, and financial services for both private and public universities throughout Massachusetts and Maine. She formerly served as Director for Parent and Alumni Programs for an independent middle/secondary school on the South Shore.
Paulette holds a Bachelor’s of Legal Studies (political science/sociology) from Bucknell University and is currently an M.Ed candidate at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, specializing in higher education administration.
Her passions include individual and organizational community-building and various social justice initiatives.
Paulette and her family live in Tyngsboro. Her daughter, Carolyn, is IACS class of 2019.
