Rob has taught math to students ranging from elementary school through college, but
predominantly those in middle school. His teaching interests focused on setting high
expectations and helping students to meet those using teamwork and cooperative learning
strategies.

He has served as Math Coordinator and Systems Mentor and has conducted
workshops about the use of Systems Thinking and system dynamics throughout the United
States and abroad. He is co-author will Alan Ticotsky of The Shape of Change, illustrating
some of the uses of system dynamics in education.

Rob enjoys hiking, kayaking, and doing activities with his grandsons.
